For Privacy Protection a new option "Privacy Protection Individual" established. In opposite to the Standard Privacy Protection, where all persons are treated in the same way, here the persons will be processed according individual marks within the ged-file, e.g. if the standard process has been obsoleted by an individual special agreement (in writing). 4 different codes (of sharpness) can be processed by the OFB. These are:
"1" = No restriction – release of all data
"2" = Reduced publication (1st character of the Given Name, the full Surname, the gender an the years value of * ~ + =)
"3" = Anonymous publication ("Anonymous" for Name, the gender and, if applicable, the death sign)
"4" = Suppression of person (will be deleted from the data base of the OFB).
The "Privacy Protection Individual" is only available, if the Standard Privacy Protection is activated and has priority. For processing by the OFB these codes have to be stored by the ged-file for the concerned persons. As a standard data field no genealogy program is providing this. However, most of the programs provide the capability to create "user defined" fields. These allow the input of such codes. Alternatively an existing field not in use may be mis-used.
In addition to the INDI record nbr. the names of the person will be added to the log file.
The BAPM tag now can be used as the CHR tag for christening. This has to be defined by the Gedcom profile.

For Privacy Protection the affected persons regarding "suppress person" will be eliminated from the data base. So far the names still showed up at "relations". This option now is useable for all OFB types (so far only for type 1 + 3).
The whole ged-file will now only be read once (so far up to 5x) and stored in memory.
If for media the option "only 1. photo" is marked and a picture in the ged-file is marked by the tag "x _PRIM Y", this picture will be used instead of the 1st one.

As additional data field "Rufname" is available. "Rufname" is in older official German documents in case of multiple first names the underlined part of the first names, not to be mixed up by nickname.
As option in tab "Option - Setup" the presentation of "Rufname" can be defined within the first names underlined, italic or bold printed or as separate data field followed the genealogy sign in the OFB.
At the main screen at "General Definitions" a new function/option "Optimize for Word" implemented. For this option only the cum. list and the index lists will be created. Their output will be optimized for further processing in Word. (Open Office and Libre Office don't work correct). By the button "Word Options" a screen with 3 tabs opens for defining the necessary options. For details see the User Guide.
At the tab "Index Lists" a new "Phonetic Sorting" for the index list of last names can be selected. This sorting sorts the last names according their sound and not according the alphabet. Beside 2 standard methodes (for German last names) an user interface has been created to allow a "user defined" phonetic rules definition. For details see the User Guide.
At the main screen an ofd-file may be loaded by using the 10 recent used ofd-files as an additional option.
Now Media can also be processed by OFB type 2 + 3. They will be printed at the end of each group.

For multiple available data for the events * ~ + = it can be defined by the "Gedcom Profile Management" if the 1st, last or all occurences should be used. So far only the last was used.

2 new Data elements "Status died" for person data and "Address" for family data implemented.
For status "died" a check will be done for available data in DATE, PLAC or SOUR or the Gedcom file contains for death the data "1 DEAT Y, if date and place are unknown. To consider these cases during "Person selection", they can be found using the data field "Death place", the comparison "=" and the search text "Y".
For "Address" within family data the structures "1 ADDR" with the sub-tags.
Tag "RESI" integrated into Standard group Family according Standard 5.5.1. Required adaptations to the control files will be done by the OFB.

A special option at "Settings" suppresses the output of all the single html-files (intended for use in special cases, e.g. preparation of lists for printing - the output of just the cum. file and the index lists is much faster than the additional creation of the single files).
A new button at the main screen at "Output folder" allows the deletion of all files of the output folder.
If an attribute of a PLAC tag contains multiple commas or "comma space" sequences, those will be eliminated.
A 1st step to convert to UTF-8 character set took place by this version.
The language files are UTF-8 coded and may only be watched and modified by an editor capable to handle UTF-8 code (e.g. "Notepad++").
ged-files using CHARSET UTF8 in their header will be processed as UTF-8 and the html-files will be in UTF-8.
